Channel protection

I understand that Genuine Resolutions products may NOT be sold on Amazon.com or any other third-party marketplace (including eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, and similar platforms), not by me or anyone I sell to. Doing so will result in the loss of my wholesale account.

MAP Policy: I agree that Genuine Resolutions products are to be sold at the listed retail price only. I will not advertise or sell below the manufacturer's listed retail price. This applies to Genuine Resolutions and Dr. Jocelin's Oils only.

As a wholesaler, I am responsible for my own direct sales and shipping to my customers. I will not use third-party fulfillment services (such as Amazon FBA or similar 3PLs). Dropship fulfilled by Genuine Resolutions remains available as a Genuine Resolutions service.

Orders & returns

Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 3 days of receipt.

All orders must be prepaid via check, credit card, or debit card.

No returns without prior authorization; authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
